«Intrigue and Love»

Great tragedy of the German romanticism – «Intrigue and Love» — captivated Roman Viktyuk for the first time ever in 1969 (the Kaliningrad Theater of a Young Spectator), keeping in mind that the performance was dedicated to the Lenin Komsomol jubilee. It goes without saying, that the stage manager has not turned round his irony, which is typical for him, while a performance was full of passion and sympathy towards young heroes, struggling for their love.

Performance-elegy

Ne performance of Yuri Lyubimov «Mask and Soul» is dedicated to a personality, life, and creative work of Anton Pavlovich Chekhov. The early stories of the writer, novel «Steppe», the Chekhov’s correspondence, reminiscences of contemporaries about him, fragments of George Byron’s poem «Cain», pages from Fyodor Chaliapin’s book «Mask and Soul» are there in the basis of the show.

«Oleg Menshikov’s Theatrical Fellowship» announces the first night of performance «1900» after Alessandro Baricco’s play on the stage of the Mossoviet TheatreIn form it is a one-man production, while on a scale it is a quite large-scale work, in which there is a place for the serious stage and graphic construction of I.V. Popov, admirable music by Andrey Razin, choreography by Yegor Druzhinin, and costumes by Vita Sevryukova.

But even the most successful play or the well-known musical material, may it feature the most talented stage directors, can not guarantee the capacity crowd to the organizers
